SHIPPING POLICY

Woo only accept shipping within Hong Kong and Taiwan, orders from overseas might want to contact us at info@woolivinghk.com for more information. We offer free shipping for all over Hong Kong. All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and the total delivery time for all orders are 3 - 5 business days. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your order.

 

 Pickup in Mong Kok is also available:

If you would like to use the EF Locker (順便智能櫃) for pick up, please fill in the Locker number and address as the shipping address.

FOR TAIWAN CUSTOMERS, please send us your ID number with the Order number to info@woolivinghk.com for international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any items in its original condition, together with the purchase invoice to us by mail or in person to the following address:

Unit A2, 17/F, Office Plus @ Mong Kok, 998 Canton Road, Hong Kong

Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the cost of the items to the bank account that is needed to be provided. Sales/Discounted merchandise is not eligible for return. Upon dispute, Woo Living HK reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

After you select your product, colour choice and quantity, simply click the 'Add to Cart' Button, then you can select either 'View My Cart' or ' Continue Shopping'. If you continue shopping then you can click the Cart Icon in the top right of your screen anytime to proceed to checkout.

 

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and if the order is not shipped out yet then we might be able to amend it. You cannot cancel it or make any changes if the item has already been shipped.

 

We accept Credit Card using STRIPE, a secure online payment platform, PayPal and Bank Transfer for any orders.
